PHILADELPHIA – La Salle men's & women's swimming and diving teams were named to the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team for the Spring 2019 semester, the CSCAA announced on Tuesday. The women's team made the cut by posting a 3.48 GPA, while the men's team recorded a 3.18 mark.

CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart recognized the Explorers' achievement, noting that "Coach Platt consistently produces one of our nation's best academic performers."

777 teams from 480 programs across the nation were represented. To earn the honor, a team must achieve a 3.0 GPA for the semester.
