BRONX – Women's swimming & diving dropped contests to Fordham and Richmond on Saturday afternoon, bringing its record to 1-2 in the new year and 3-5 overall. Sophomores
Sara Rizzetto and
Anne Moser led the way for the Explorers with a win each.
MEET NOTES
- Rizzetto picked up her top time in the 200 Free, clocking at 1:53.74. The Kriftel, Germany native also finished third in the 200 Back and 200 IM.
- Moser defeated the competition in the 1000 Free with a time of 10:29.98, nearly two seconds faster than anyone else.
- Freshman watch: Toni Rafferty placed second in the 50 Free and third in the 100 Free, while Lauren Fenn touched second in the 100 Back.
- Other notable finishes include senior Emily Wolbert's second-place finish in the 200 Fly. Sophomore Phoebe Shaya took second in the 1-meter and third in the 3-meter.
