PHILADELPHIA – La Salle head men's basketball coach Ashley Howard announced Wednesday that sophomore Ayinde Hikim has decided to leave the program and will continue his college basketball career at another institution.

Hikim averaged 4.0 points and 2.5 assists per game in 11 games this season. 

La Salle (6-8, 3-4 Atlantic 10) continues its season on Saturday, Jan. 23 at Richmond. The game will air live on NBC Sports Network, beginning at 2:30 p.m. An audio broadcast will also be available through Stretch Internet and the TuneIn Radio App.
