RICHMOND, Va. - The La Salle University men's and women's swimming and diving teams were recognized with academic honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), it was announced this week.

Both squads received Scholar All-America accolades from the CSCAA for their efforts in the classroom during the spring semester. La Salle was one of 426 institutions across the country to receive the award.

The women's team boasted an impressive 3.54 GPA during the spring, while the men's team put together a team GPA of 3.19. Both teams have consistently performed well in the classroom, with the women owning a cumulative GPA of 3.52 and the men holding a 3.33 cumulative GPA.
