Men's Swimming and Diving | October 29, 2022
South Orange, NJ – La Salle women's swimming and diving earned their first victory on the year with a 166-134 win over the Seton Hall Pirates. The men swam hard in a tough 183-116 loss.
How the Swimmers Finished –
- The women won in the 200-medly with a time of 1:46.60
- Rosalia Marin-Martinez got her first individual victory of the year winning the 100-yard backstroke.
- Carlota Ungo added to the women's wins with a first-place finish in the 100-breaststroke.
- Gabby Herbreder is continuing her strong start to the season taking another first-place win in the 200-yard butterfly.
- Toni Rafferty got first in the women's 100-yard freestyle.
- For the men, Felix Jedbratt got his first win of the year in the 100-yard freestyle.
- Marin-Martinez got her second first-place win in the 200-yard backstroke.
- Freshman, Tarik Gusic, got first place in the men's 200-yard backstroke.
- Herbreder took first again in the 200-yard breaststroke.
- Zack Wolbert got the win in the men's 400-yard IM with a time of 4:11.86.
- The women added another win in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
How the Divers Finished –
- Phoebe Shaya got first place in the women's 3-meter dive with a 254.25 score.
- Same Henninger took first in the men's one-meter dive at 275.32.
- Shaya earned her second win of the meet with a first-place win in the one-meter dive.
- Henninger got his second win with a 321..45 score in the three-meter dive.

- Both men and women's teams will return home to Kirk Pool to face Rider in the first home meet of the season on Friday, November 11th at 6 p.m.
