GENEVA, OH - For the second-consecutive night, the Explorers collected two medals as La Salle wrapped up day three of the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championships.

Zachary Wolbert collected his second medal in as many days, earning the bronze medal in the 400-IM.
Sara Rizzetto added the women's second medal of the A-10 finals, taking the silver medal in the 200-free.

As a team, the women currently sit in ninth with 136 points. On the men's side, the Explorers ended the day in sixth with 170 points.

HOW THEY FINISHED:
- After placing fourth in the prelims at 3:55.22, Wolbert dropped his time to 3:50.76 in the final to move into third place. It marked the second-consecutive day Wolbert took bronze in an individual medley, as he took third in the 200-IM on Thursday night.
- With Friday night's win, Wolbert has now racked up seven medals in his standout career at La Salle.
- For the second-consecutive season, senior Sara Rizzetto took the silver medal in the 200-yard free with a time of 1:48.86.
- Friday's performance marks the third medal in Rizzetto's career after picking up a pair in the 2021 A-10 finals.
- One-meter gold medalist Phoebe Shaya and Julie D'Amore each advanced to the three-meter dive final on Friday night.
- Shaya finished with 248.50 points to finish fifth, while D'Amore ranked eighth with 210.15 points.
- In the men's 100-back B final, two Explorers set their career-best conference championship finishes in Trenton Burr and Alex Kuriawa.
- Burr set a personal-best mark of 49.80 in the prelims before finishing in 10th at 50.12 in the consolation final.
- Kuriawa also set a personal-best time of 50.20 to earn 13th, his best finish in the A-10 finals.
- La Salle's team of Rizzetto, Megan Heist, Sam Boyes, and Anne Moser placed ninth in the 400-yard medley relay.Â
- The Explorer team of Burr, Jason Rosales, Wolbert, and Kuriawa placed eighth in the 400-yard medley relay.Â
