Men’s Soccer comes Back Home to take on Manhattan College

PHILADELPHIA, P.a. – The 1-1 La Salle men's soccer team is set to take on Manhattan College (1-1) on Friday, September 2^nd at 7 p.m. at McCarthy Stadium.

Scouting the Explorers –

The Explorers are coming off a 3-0 loss to St. Francis Brooklyn last Monday.
La Salle outshot St. Francis Brooklyn 12-11 but had trouble finding the back of the net.
Omari Cotterell leads the team with two goals on the season. Justin Brunow, Talla Faye, and Isak Sedin each have one goal this season.
Redshirt Junior goalkeeper, Zac Moore, made his first start for the Explorers last Monday and made some pressure saves to keep the game within striking distance.

Scouting the Jaspers –

Manhattan is coming off a 2-4 loss against George Washington.
Sophomore, Gunnar Studenhofft, leads the Jaspers with two goals and seven shots taken this season.
Junior goalkeeper, Danny DiMarco, has one start under his belt and has yet to allow a goal and has four total saves.
