CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The 1-2-2 Explorers are going to face the 3-2 Virginia Cavaliers on Tuesday, September 13^th at 7 p.m.  
 
Scouting the Explorers –

• La Salle is coming off a low-scoring, physical, loss to NJIT.
• The Blue & Gold out-shot NJIT in the second half of the match 9-2, and kept constant offensive pressure on NJIT.
• Omari Cotterell and Giammarco Rodio led the team in shots against NJIT with three apiece.
• Freshman goalkeeper, Valentin Kneis, had three saves in the contest on Saturday, and has had six total in his previous two starts combined.

 
Scouting the Cavaliers –

• Virginia is coming into Tuesday after beating Virginia Tech 4-2 last Friday.
• The Cavaliers scored all four of their goals in the second half, coming from four different players.
• Leo Afonso is the team's leading scorer and comes into the game with three goals on the season.
• Holden Brown has started in net for Virginia the entire season, thus far, and has a .500 save percentage.
