PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Big 5 is pleased to announce five inductees to its Hall of Fame: La Salle's Rodney Green, Penn's Perry Bromwell, Villanova's Katie Davis, Temple's David Hawkins and Saint Joseph's Stephanie Graff McCaffrey. The honorees will be formally inducted into the Hall of Fame on Monday, April 10 at the annual awards banquet at The Palestra.
The biographies of the inductees are listed below:

La Salle: Rodney Green (2006-10)
Rodney Green was a three-time All-Big 5 honoree, including twice on the First Team. He finished his four-year career with 1,914 points, which stands 9^th on the La Salle career scoring list. Green averaged 18.5 points per game as a senior to earn All-Big 5 First Team recognition for a second straight year. He ranks sixth in career three-point field goal percentage (.389) and is 10^th on La Salle's career assists list with 390. He led the Explorers in assists per game for three straight seasons, one of six players in La Salle history to accomplish the feat.

Penn: Perry Bromwell (1984-87)
The 1987 Ivy League Player of the Year, Perry Bromwell also earned First-Team All-Ivy three times (1985-87). He was inducted into the Penn Athletics Hall of Fame in 2003. Bromwell earned Second Team All-Big 5 three times and was a two-time honorable mention All-American. He led the Quakers to the 1985 and 1987 Ivy League Championships and subsequent NCAA bids. His career scoring average of 15.4 ppg. still ranks 10^th at Penn and he ranks 20^th all-time in career points with 1,265 in only three years (was 10^th at the time of graduation). A sixth round draft pick of New Jersey in 1987 NBA Draft, he is one of just ten Quakers to earn First Team All-Ivy three times. He averaged 18.6 ppg., and shot 50.6% from three-point range (43-85) as a senior in 1987. Bromwell later served as an assistant coach at Penn from 2006-08.

Villanova: Katie Davis (1999-03)
Katie Davis was one of the finest three-point shooters to come through Villanova. A career .395 shooter from three-point range, Davis ranks third in school history with 247 career triples. She ranks 14th in school history with 1,293 career points, 22nd with 244 assists and 23rd with 462 rebounds. She also got the job done defensively, totaling 159 career steals. Davis started 103 of the 126 career games she played in, with the Wildcats going 85-41 during that time, including a BIG EAST title, three NCAA bids and an Elite Eight appearance in 2003. In 2003, Davis was a Second Team All-BIG EAST selection and earned First Team All-Big Five honors. She was also a two-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic team. She was inducted into the Villanova Varsity Club Hall of Fame in 2019.

Temple: David Hawkins (2000-04)
A three-time all-Atlantic 10 and all-Big 5 honoree, David Hawkins is one of only four Temple men's basketball players to score over 2,000 career points and finished his remarkable career third on the program's scoring list with 2,077. As a senior in 2003-04, he averaged 24.4 points per game, third best in Temple history and third in the nation that season. He scored the fourth most field goals (694) and free throws (466) in program history and his 613 rebounds is 24th all-time at Temple. He averaged double figures all four seasons, including 10.4 points per game as a freshman on the 2001 NCAA Elite Eight team.

Saint Joseph's: Stephanie Graff McCaffrey (2000-04)
Perhaps the most intimidating defensive player in Hawk history, Stephanie McCaffrey (nee Graff) finished her playing career as the single game (seven), season (76) and career (175) leader in blocked shots. A two-time All-Big 5 and Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team selection, the forward finished her career sixth in total rebounds (788) and 12th in career scoring (1,193). A 2003-04 Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team and A-10 All-Defensive Team honoree, she helped Saint Joseph's post an 80-43 record and earn three consecutive appearances in the Postseason WNIT over her four seasons. A two-time Academic All-District II and A-10 All-Academic Team selection, McCaffrey became the 19th women's basketball player from Saint Joseph's to play professionally as she joined the University of Limerick/Augninish of the Irish Women's SuperLeague in 2004. McCaffrey also helped the Hawks to eight postseason appearances, including the 2013 A-10 title, while a member of the SJU staff from 2005-18.
