AMHERST, Mass. – The La Salle track and field team is set for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by Massachusetts.
The competition will take place on Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7. Competition will begin on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. and Sunday at 9:15 a.m. The full schedule of events can be found

here. The event will have wrap-around coverage on ESPN+ beginning at 2 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m.
The Explorers are coming off of a successful outdoor season with six Explorers currently holding top marks in the A-10 standings.
On the men's side,
David Butts ranks first in the conference in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:54.19.
Liam Rivard joins him atop of the leaderboards in the men's 800 meter with a time of 1:48.59.
Dennis Manyeah, former two-time A-10 high jump champion, also holds the top mark in the league hitting 2.10 meters.
El Mancini leads the women of the A-10 in the 10,000-meter with a time of 32:43.71. She also holds the top spot in the league in the 5,000-meter thanks to her record-breaking time of 15:52.91 at the Penn Relays last weekend.
Christine Mancini joins her sister at number one in the A-10 in the women's 800-meter with a time of 2:05.31.
The women's relays are one to watch with both the 4x100 and 4x400 ranking 10
th in the conference standings with times of 47.48 and 3:55.52, respectively.
