RIVERDALE, N.Y – The 1-0-1 La Salle men's soccer team will hit the road Friday, September 1
st to take on the 0-0-2 Manhattan Jaspers at 6:00 p.m.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS:
- La Salle comes into tomorrow off their first win of the 2023 season in a close 1-0 battle with Army.
- Yuval Nimrodi scored the game-winning goal, his first of his collegiate career.
- Stian Vikse and Evan Watt each had two shots against the Black Knights, leading the team.
- Americo Pereira had a strong showing defensively against Army, he also leads the team with two goals scored.
- The Blue & Gold featured four freshmen in the contest against Army: Yuval Nimrodi, Alexandru Zama, Kyrese Lynch-Bailey, and Christian McGillen.
- Filip Sabatti made his first appearance in net for La Salle against the Black Knights. He faced six shots and stopped all six of them.
- La Salle and Manhattan tied 1-1 in their matchup last season. Giammarco Rodio had the lone goal for the Explorers.
SCOUTING THE JASPERS:
- Manhattan comes off their second draw of the season against George Washington on Monday finishing at 2-2 after 90 minutes of play.
- Junior forward Toni Yeboah scored the game-tying goal late against George Washington to help the game end in a draw.
- Gunnar Studenhofft and Henry Hamilton each have scored for Manhattan within their first two games.
- Senior goalkeeper Danny DiMarco has both starts this season for the Jaspers and has a 0.667 save percentage.
