Men's Swimming and Diving | September 13, 2023

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Head coach Kerry Smith has announced the swimming and diving schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 season. The 14-meet schedule is set to start on Friday, October 6^th and features four home events at the Kirk Pool.
 
The Explorers will hit the road for their opening meet against Towson University on Friday, October 6^th. The next day on October 7^th La Salle will stay in the area as they travel to take on the UMBC Retrievers.
 
The first home meet for La Salle will take place on Saturday, October 21^st at 11 a.m. when the team takes on Drexel. The following Friday and Saturday the team will travel to George Mason University to compete in the Atlantic 10 Classic. The Explorers will next travel to Villanova to face the Wildcats on Saturday, November 4^th.
 
November 17^th-19^th the swimmers will travel to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Fall Frenzy hosted by Queens University. The divers will travel to Princeton for the Princeton Invitational December 1^st-3^rd. The team will travel to Greensboro, North Carolina to compete in the Toyota U.S. Open that will take place November 29^th-December 2^nd.
 
La Salle's second home event will take place against Rhode Island as they kick off dual meet A-10 play. The meet will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 9^th. The first meet of the new year will be at home on Saturday, January 13^th against Richmond in another A-10 matchup. The next day the Explorers will travel to Bucknell to take on the Bison. The final home meet of the schedule will occur Saturday, January 20^th at 11 a.m. as the Blue & Gold face Fordham.
 
The final preparation before the A-10 Championships will be a dual meet at Monmouth University on Saturday, February 3^rd. Atlantic 10 Championships will take place in Hampton, Virginia this season and begin on Wednesday, February 21^st and run until that upcoming Sunday.
