Men's Soccer to Start Two-Game Homestand Saturday

PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle men's soccer team plays two games over the weekend at home with hopes to start a winning streak. The team plays Saturday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. against St. Bonaventure, followed up with a Monday night game at 7:00 p.m. against Neumann.

Both games will be streamed on ESPN+. It can also be followed on X @LaSalle_MSOC and on Instagram @lasalle_msoc.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS

La Salle won its second conference game of the season Wednesday night with a 3-0 decision against the Saint Joseph's Hawks on the road.
Seven different Explorers contributed to the scoring sheet, with four assists producing the three goals.
Andrew Rosenbaum scored his second goal of the season with his head, set up by a corner from Drew Blackwell in the 14^th minute.
Nevin Baer scored his first goal of the season in the 57^th minute. Michael Chiha and Yuval Nimrodi provided the assists.
Colin Beasley scored his team-leading fifth goal of the 2024 campaign in the 75^th minute from a pass by Andoni Garrogerricaechebarria.
The defense stood strong, not allowing a single shot on goal.
La Salle remains tied for fourth-place in the conference, with a record of 2-1-1.

SCOUTING THE BONNIES

The Bonnies head into this game with a 1-1-2 conference record, and an overall record of 4-5-3.
In its last game Wednesday afternoon, the team tied George Washington 0-0.
The Bonnies fired 10 shots on goal, while goalie Nicolas Pucci recorded one save.
Pucci has made 41 saves already this season for the team.

SCOUTING THE KNIGHTS

Neumann sports a 4-4-4 overall record as of Oct. 11. Its last game was a 5-0 win Wednesday afternoon against Centenary University.
Zion Atta-Krah scored two goals, and Alex Duopu recorded a goal and an assist in the victory.
Jake Kuzmick leads the team in goals with five, as well as shots on goal (17).
