Men's Soccer Travels West to Play Loyola Chicago

CHICAGO – The La Salle men's soccer team travels to the Midwest this weekend to take on the Loyola Chicago Ramblers Saturday afternoon.

The game will be streamed on ESPN+ and kick off is set for 3:00 p.m. ET. It can also be followed on X @LaSalle_MSOC and on Instagram @lasalle_msoc.
 
SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS
  • The Explorers blew out the Neumann Knights in its game Monday night by a score of 6-0.
  • Eight players for La Salle contributed to the score sheet, and three players recorded contributions to two goals.
  • Colin Beasley led the team in scoring with two goals. The team is 4-1-0 in games when he scores.
  • Dylan Kwasnik and Giammarco Rodio each got goals too. It was Kwasnik's first goal of the season.
  • Stephen Arias' goal was his first ever in his collegiate career. The same also applied to Alexandru Zama, who contributed an assist earlier in the game.
  • Tino Kneis was in goal for the first time since Sept. 17, and made three saves for the shutout. He has recorded four clean sheets in the seven games he has played this year.
  • Shots were 31-6 in favor of the Blue & Gold.
SCOUTING THE RAMBLERS
  • Loyola Chicago is coming off a come-from-behind 2-1 win over VCU last Saturday night.
  • An own goal and an 83rd minute goal by Hugo Urdiales was the difference in the game.
  • Aidan Crawford made three saves in goal in the game, and has recorded 28 saves overall this season.
