UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The La Salle men's and women's cross country teams competed in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet earlier today, hosted by Penn State University.

Overall, the men's team finished in eighth place, and the women's team came in 10
th place.

HOW THEY FINISHED (WOMEN):
- The ladies finished with a total of 309 points.
- Gwenno Goode, coming off her A-10 individual title two weeks ago, got seventh overall in the 6k race with a time of 19:51.1, and 18-second personal best.
- Goode earned All-Region honors with her performance.
- Helene Usher was next for the Explorers, getting 57th place with a time of 21:19.3.
- Neve Moulai followed, recording a time of 21:31.2 to get 68th place.
- Lexy Rivard ran 21:44.2 to finish in 77th place, and Amelia Green got 109th place with a time of 22:10.3
- In 116th place was Stella Hammond, who crossed the line in 22:18.2.
- Rounding out the Explorers was Georgia Rose-Dawson, who finished the 6k in a time of 22:45.7 to get 140th place.
HOW THEY FINISHED (MEN):
- The men's team finished with a total of 191 points.
- MacCallum Rowe was first for the squad, getting a fifth-place finish with a 10k PR of 29:39.5.
- Rowe's performance earned him All-Region honors.
- Matt Hill was next, crossing the line in 30:39.7 to get 32nd place.
- Bram Van Druten just got under 31 minutes, finishing in 30:59.8 for a 46th place result.
- David Butts ran 31:12.1 to get 52nd place, and James Ptack completed the race four seconds later to get 56th place.
- Teketel Tyson got 73rd place with a time of 31:35.7.
- Callum Murray rounded out the team with a 98th place finish and a time of 32:02.

- Goode and Rowe have qualified to run in the NCAA National Championship Meet. The meet will be held on Saturday, Nov. 23, with races starting at 10:20 a.m. ET.
