LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. – La Salle men's golf finished their two-day event at the Dragon Match Play Invite.

The Explorers finished in fourth place in the stroke-play portion on day one, setting them up with a match-play against the top-seeded Drexel Dragons. Drexel would wind up winning in the match-play by a score of four matches to one.
The first day of the event featured a 36-hole, two-round schedule in which La Salle finished in fourth out of eight teams with a 584 (+16). Ben Battye would finish on top for La Salle on day one after shooting a 145 (+3), good enough for ninth place.
Armand Loscalzo finished tied for ninth with Battye, also shooting a 145 (+3).
La Salle would be seeded fourth in the second day match-play format where they would face the top-seeded Drexel Dragons. Freshman
Gavin Dosch, in his first event this spring, secured the only win for La Salle in the match-play format. Dosch was tied with Drexel's Caleb Taylor going into the 18
th. Dosch was able to remain poised and shoot a birdie to secure his individual win.

- La Salle will be competing in the Wildcat Spring Invitational hosted by Villanova. The two-day event will be held at Lulu Country Club in Glenside, Pa.
- Each day will feature 18-holes of competition and will begin on Monday, April 15th and finish on Tuesday, April 16th.
