LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. – La Salle men's golf will take part in the Drexel Dragon Spring Invitational on Monday and Tuesday of this week. Monday will feature a 36-hole stroke play day, while Tuesday will be a match play format. The event will be held at Green Valley Country Club.

The Explorers are coming off of a strong first performance of the spring, taking first place at the Battle at Rum Pointe. The team shot a 590 (+14) for the top spot, one stroke above Philly rival Penn. Sophomore Ben Battye won the tournament from an individual standpoint. Battye shot a two-day 137 (-7), finishing six strokes above the next individual. After his performance, Battye was named Atlantic 10 Conference's Men's Golf Performer of the Week.
THE COURSE:
- The two-day event will take place at Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, Pa. The course is a par-71 and is 6,744 yards in all.
