Connor Continues To Impress
Redshirt Sophomore
Ashleigh Connor is the Explorers' leading scorer on the season with 12.1 points per contest and led La Salle with 18 points at Dayton.
Connor, who has scored in double figures in 10 of her last 12 games, is getting consistent production at the free throw line. Connor has connected on four or more free throws in five of her last six games and is first in the Atlantic 10 with 76 free throw attempts on the year.
Przyszlak Shines
Junior
Anna Przyszlak contributed a career-high 15 points in La Salle's loss at Dayton. Przyszlak has started three straight games and is averaging 8.75 points per game in the Explorer's last four games.
Magassa Fills The Stat Sheet
Junior
Ayisse Magassa scored 12 points and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds against Dayton for her first career double-double. This marked the second double-double of the season for the Explorers and first for an Explorer against Division I opposition since Gabby Crawford recorded 22 points and 12 rebound sagainst Saint Joseph's on February 2, 2022.

The Series
La Salle swept the regular season series against the Minutewomen last season. In Philadelphia, four Explorers scored in double figures to secure a 70-64 victory. In the second meeting of the season, the Blue and Gold outscored UMass 25-14 in the fourth quarter to earn a 63-61 comeback victory. In the Atlantic 10 tournament, UMass prevailed by a score of 49-54.
UMass leads the overall series 23-16.
