St. Louis, MO. — La Salle men's soccer closed out their 2025 season with a 2–0 defeat at Saint Louis in their Atlantic 10 quarterfinal match Friday night at Robert R. Hermann Stadium.

The Explorers held the Billikens scoreless through more than 70 minutes before the hosts broke through in the 75th minute with a goal by Theo Franca. Saint Louis added an insurance goal in the 85th by Tanner Anderson to seal the result.

Senior goalkeeper Tino Kneis made three saves in the effort, facing 21 shots overall. La Salle tallied 10 shots total, with sophomore midfielder Alberto "Toto" Esquivel Meza, junior defender Sasha Rabala, and junior midfielder Alexandru Zama each putting at least one shot on target for La Salle.

La Salle finishes the 2025 campaign with a 4-5-8 record, including a 2-2-4 mark in Atlantic 10 play.
