Viriginia Beach, VA – The La Salle men's and women's track and field teams competed in the 2025 Atlantic-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships this weekend.
Once the meet was finalized, the men's team placed ninth with a total of 18 points, and the women were tied for ninth overall with a score of 31.
HOW THEY FINISHED (DAY 1):
- In the 1k prelims, Callum Murray placed third with a time of 2:28.33 to qualify for the finals, which happened on the next day.
- On the women's side in that event, Lexy Rivard made it to the finals as well, posting a time of 2:54.62.
- Helene Usher got third in the women's 5k, completing the event in 16:47.35.
- In the men's event, MacCallum Rowe got silver in the 5k, recording a time of 14:11.01.
- To conclude the day, the DMR squad of Neve Moulai, Soleil Morrison, Rivard, and Gwenno Goode took gold, positing a winning time of 11:35.21.
HOW THEY FINISHED (DAY 2):
- To start the day, Murray placed sixth in the 1k finals with a time of 2:29.22.
- Rivard bested her 1k prelims time in the finals event, recording a time of 2:52.22 to get fourth place.
- In the 3k, Rowe got a personal best time of 8:09.61 to finish fifth overall.
- Bram van Druten and Charlie Hazlett also got in the top 10 in the race, going ninth and tenth with times of 8:16.74 and 8:18.73, respectively.
- Goode won her second event of the meet, with her time of 9:44.97 winning the event by over six tenths of a second.
