WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sophomore forward Kayden Williams earned Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week honors after scoring her first career hat trick to lead La Salle women's soccer to a 3-0 regular-season finale win over Duquesne at McCarthy Stadium on Halloween.

A 2025 Atlantic 10 All-Rookie selection, Williams finished with six shots, including five on target. She entered the game with two goals on the season. 

Williams opened the scoring in the 42nd minute, converting a pass from junior defender Kennedy Erdman to give the Explorers a 1-0 advantage heading into halftime.

Williams provided the insurance goal in the 78th minute, finishing a feed from sophomore defender Halah Lebsack to extend the advantage to 2-0.

Just over two minutes later, Williams completed the hat trick in the 81st minute, finding the back of the net off an assist from junior midfielder Sienna Mount. The goal capped a three-goal performance that gave the Explorers a commanding 3-0 lead and secured the victory.

Williams has been on a scoring tear, netting four goals and one assist over her last two games, bringing her season total to five goals and two assists.

The La Salle women's soccer team earned the No. 3 seed in the 2026 Betterment Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Tournament and will face No. 6 seed Loyola Chicago in the quarterfinals at McCarthy Stadium on Friday, Nov. 6, at 5 p.m.
