She also was part of the winning distance medley relay team, racing with seniors Lexy RIvard, Neve Moulai, and junior Soleil Morrison. Goode was additionally named to the conference's All-Academic Indoor Track & Field team last year.

Junior Matt Hill was named to the A-10 All-Rookie team last year after a statement debut indoor season for the Explorers. Hill was eighth in the 5k in the conference championships last year with a time of 14:37.91. In last week's meet Hill recorded a personal best in the mile with his time of 4:21.29.

"Usher"ing In

Helene Usher will look to improve off her A-10 conference championship 5k time from last year. The junior recorded bronze in the 2025 edition, completing the event in 16:47.35.

"Muir" Records Broken

Senior Chanel Muir has set two program records this season, and will aim to add one more this weekend racing in the mile. Muir has set program records in the 1k (2:22.39) and the mile already (3:59.78).
