Virginia Beach, VA – The La Salle track and field teams earned six podium finishes at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
On the men's side, the Explorers captured the Atlantic 10 title in the DMR, as freshman
Jacob Gardner, sophomore
Evan Dias, senior
Chanel Muir, and freshman
Sean Cronin finished in 9:55.03 to capture the gold medal.
Muir went on to earn the Atlantic 10 title in the mile, finishing in 4:13.63, while Gardner took home bronze in the 3k in 8:22.03. In the 5k, junior
Charlie Rogers took home bronze in 14:08.68.
On the women's side, senior
Neve Moulai medaled twice, taking home silver in the 5k in 16:40.76 while finishing third in the 3k in 9:47.70.
As a team, the Explorers finished sixth on the men's side with 47 points and 10
th on the women's side with 21 points.
Rhode Island earned their sixth straight men's title with 191 points, while VCU scored 178 points to win the 2026 Atlantic 10 women's title.
