Philadephia, PA -- La Salle honored its eight members of the baseball Class of 2026 prior to Sunday's series finale against Saint Joseph's, an eventual 12-2 loss in seven innings.

Justin Szestowicki were celebrated during the pregame ceremony.
Saint Joseph's jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the first, but La Salle responded in the bottom when
Carter Groen hit a sacrifice fly to cut the deficit in half. The RBI was Groen's Atlantic 10 Conference-leading 60th of the season.
The Hawks, who now lead the A-10 by five games, would go on to score the game's next 10 runs which eventually enacted the seven inning run rule.
With a base hit on Sunday, Swain maintained his team-best .364 batting average and .480 on base percentage. By game's end, Swain is fifth in the A-10 in on base and fourth in average.
La Salle's season-long eight game homestand concludes on Tuesday as the Explorers host UMBC for a 3:00 start.
