This Week In La Salle Athletics: Track & Field, Men’s Golf Compete In A-10 Championships, Baseball Plays Five Games

Here is a look of the action to come this week for La Salle Athletics, brought to you by Hershey's Ice Cream.

Baseball

La Salle embarks on a marathon week with five games, including two midweekers and a weekend Atlantic 10 Conference series on the road at Dayton. During the week, the Explorers host UMBC on Tuesday at 3:00 pm to wrap up a season-long eight-game homestand before heading to Iona on Wednesday.

Justin Szestowicki is red-hot entering the week, having gone 6-for-17 with seven RBI, two home runs, three doubles, and six runs scored across four games last week.

Track and Field

La Salle travels to George Mason Stadium this weekend to participate in the A-10 Outdoor Championships. The meet starts on Saturday at 2:30 pm and will be streamed on ESPN+.

Last weekend, the 4x100-meter relay team of Adaugo Ilonze, Carleen Lionel, Jorden Gore, and Marionna Logan won the college event at the Penn Relays.

Men's Golf

La Salle is in Orlando, Florida, to compete in the Atlantic 10 Championships on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The event takes place at the Evermore Orlando Resort.
