Biography
2014: Named to 2014 Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team…Finished fifth in the A-10 with eight assists…Tallied 20 points last season to finish seventh in the conference…Ended the year second on the team and tied for 10th in the league with six goals…Had a goal and an assist in a win over Massachusetts in the opening round of the A-10 tournament (11/6)…Assisted both goals in 2-1 overtime win over George Washington in the A-10 semifinal (11/7)…Scored twice, including the golden goal in the 94th minute, to push the Explorers past Temple (9/21)…Appeared in all 22 games for La Salle, making four starts…Took 43 shots on the year, landing 26 on goal.
2013: Appeared in 21 games for the Explorers in 2013, making 13 starts…Started 10 of the final 12 games…Scored a goal and had two assists for a total of four points on the season…Tallied all four points during a six-game winning streak for the Blue and Gold…Had a season-high five shots in a 1-0 win over Fordham (10/4).
2012: Appeared in 21 of the Explorers' 23 games recording five starts. Recorded four consecutive starts in a stretch of games during the middle of the season. Scored two goals and recorded two assists on the season. Scored her first collegiate goal agaist Seton Hall (9/7)...recorded her first collegiate assist against Duquesne (9/30). Attempted a total of 27 goals, 11 of which were on target for an on goal percentage of .407.
High School: Kagan played her club soccer for the top-ranked Albertson Fury 93 and also spent two years playing for the Eastern New York ODP. She was also a four-year starter and a two-year captain at Half Hollow Hills East. Kagan earned all-league honors twice and was an all-conference selection once despite missing her junior year due to injury.
