2019: Selected to United Soccer Coaches Second Team All-East Region… Named to Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team… Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll... Earned Atlantic 10 Player of the Week (9/9, 10/28) Played in all 20 games on the season… Led the team with 21 points and 10 goals… Scored a goal in nine different games, with four game winners… Scored against North Florida (8/25), at Florida Gulf Coast (9/5), at St. John’s (9/8), vs. Navy (9/15), at Richmond (9/26), at George Mason (10/17), vs. Davidson (10/20), at UMass (10/24), and twice against Dayton (10/27) to conclude the regular season… Added one assists on the year vs. Delaware (9/12).

2017: Atlantic 10 Second Team All-Conference…Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team…Scored the goal that clinched the A-10 Championship title in overtime against VCU…The A-10 Championship game-winning goal was featured on SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays…Featured along with her sister Madi in Sports Illustrated’s October 30^th issue in the Scorecard section after scoring a goal in an overtime thriller at Saint Joseph’s (9/24)…Led the A-10 and finished tied for third in the NCAA with seven game-winning goals…Scored game-winning goals against Iona (8/24), Fairleigh Dickinson (9/3), Villanova (9/10), Rhode Island (10/1), Massachusetts (10/8), St. Bonaventure (10/12), and VCU (11/5)...Finished the season third on the team and fourth in the conference with 24 points thanks to 10 goals and four assists…Finished third in the A-10 with 10 goals as La Salle set a program record for goals scored in a season with 48...Was instrumental in La Salle tying the program record for wins in a season with 17.

2016: Appeared in all 18 games for La Salle as a sophomore, making 11 starts…Tied for the team lead in goals with five…Also tallied an assist in a draw at Dayton (10/13) to finish third on the team with 11 points…Scored the game-winner in the 107^th minute in a 1-0 defeat of UMass (9/29)…Scored the game-tying goal in a 3-2 win at Drexel (8/25)…Also found the back of the net against Northeastern (9/2), Richmond (10/20) and Duquesne (10/30)…Took 29 shots on the season, landing 13 on goal. 

2015: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team...Appeared in 19 games with 7 starts as a freshman...Tallied two goals and an assist for five points on the season…Recorded 20 shots, including eight on goal...Recorded her first collegiate assist in a 2-1 victory over Lehigh (9/3)… Scored first collegiate goal against VCU (10/18)… Scored La Salle’s only goal in a 1-1 draw against Saint Louis (10/25).

Background: Bower is the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association's all-time leading scorer with 220 goals…Four-time First Team All-State selection at Millville…Bower scored 80 goals as a senior on the way to an NSCAA Regional All-America selection…Led the Quakers to Mid Pennsylvania Championships in 2013 and 2014…Also scored 1,000 points on the hardwood for the Quakers on the way to earning a Second Team All-State selection as a senior…Also finished 5th in the District Class AA Girls Track and Field meet in the 200 and 400 meter events…Distinguished Honor Roll student.
