Fitness Classes for the Fall Semester will be offered outdoor and indoor, and virtually when necessary. Classes are planned to begin towards the end of September. Full scheduled is posted. The classes offered will be Yoga, Zumba, Cardio Blast, and a Tire Fitness Class.
When the sessions are planned, please reserve your session for fitness class on IMleagues.com
- Log in and select Fitness
- Scroll down to desired Fitness Class
- Reserve your time.
- Look for confirmation receipt and Zoom Code to participate (if virtual)
- Show up to your Zoom workout a few minutes before your scheduled time (if virtual)
