Kastrat enters his second season under Darris Nichols at La Salle and 4th season overall at his time at La Salle. Kastrat has served in every capacity at his time at La Salle (Video Coordinator, Director of Recruiting, Assistant Coach, and General Manager). Kastrat served as an NIL agent during the 2024-2025 season with the Gazelle Group where he assisted in starting up their NIL Division where they currently represent over 30+ student athletes from all over the country. Currently, Kastrat serves as an assistant coach and the general manager of the men's basketball team. Kastrat's main responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, fundraising, roster construction, roster retention, and much more. Outside of La Salle, Kastrat serves as a consultant and assistant coach for the Kosovo Men's Basketball National Team. Kastrat is currently one of the youngest assistant coaches and general managers in the A10 conference and NCAA D1 level. A native of Trenton, NJ, Kastrat has a reputation for having strong recruiting ties to the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York regions amongst other areas all over the world. Kastrat, is a graduate of Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
