Kastrat returns to 20th and Olney with previous experience under Nichols as Director of Player Development at Radford. Kastrat spent two seasons at La Salle under the legendary Fran Dunphy as video coordinator and director of recruiting. In between the first La Salle stint and the second, Kastrat served as an NIL agent and consultant where he represented over 25+ student athletes at the NCAA D1 level. Currently at La Salle, Kastrat serves as an assistant coach and general manager where he carries the duties of both jobs. Kastrat's main responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, fundraising, roster construction, roster retention, and much more. Outside of La Salle, Kastrat serves as an assistant coach for the Kosovo U18 National Team. Kastrat is currently one of the youngest assistant coaches and general managers in the Atlantic 10 conference and NCAA D1 level. Kastrat was instrumental in the recruitment and development of former La Salle Guard, Deuce Jones who was A10 Rookie of the Year in 2024-2025. A native of Trenton, NJ, Kastrat has deep roots in the NY, NJ, and PA region amongst other areas all over the world. Kastrat, is a graduate of Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
