Biography
Sean Neal, who was a four-year letterwinner and served as the program[apos]s video coordinator in 2008-09, is in his second season as the program[apos]s director of operations. Neal played for the Explorers from 2003-07, appearing in 77 games as a guard.

[quote]He has proven himself to be responsible to execute the many administrative duties in our program. Moreover, he is a great role model and mentor to our players.[quote]
Neal organizes several office activities, including assisting with academic support, overseeing film exchange, and assisting the coaches in day-to-day operations. He also oversees and helps with a number of logistical duties, including practice and game scheduling and team travel.
As a player, he was honored four times with the La Salle University Faculty Athletic Award for achieving a grade point average over 3.25.
Neal was one of two members of the junior class in 2005-06 when the Explorers finished third in the Atlantic 10 and set a school benchmark for A-10 wins in their 18-10 campaign.
A Springfield, MA native, Neal averaged 25 points per game as a senior at Springfield Cathedral High School before prepping for two seasons at The Salisbury School.
He is currently pursuing his MBA from La Salle.
