Mads Tranberg joined the La Salle men's soccer staff as an assistant coach for the team in 2024. He is responsible for assisting team training, operations and he oversees the team's set pieces.Â
Prior to joining La Salle, Tranberg was a collegiate player for me at the University of Cincinnati, who played two standout seasons there under the coaching of Taylor Thames. He then transferred in the summer of 2019 to play two seasons at George Mason, where he graduated in 2022. Tranberg was a stalwart defender during his four-year collegiate career, regularly starting (including leading the 2018 Cincinnati men's team in minutes played, in which he played every minute that season). He scored one goal and assisted once during his four years of play.
