Kim Brady was hired as director of women's basketball operations in August of 2019 and enters her sixth season with the program in 2023-24.
For the last six years, Brady worked in the private sector in sales of athletic lockers and recruiting software, Front Rush.

Prior to joining the private sector, Brady was an assistant women's basketball coach at Lafayette University in Easton, Pa. In her role, she was responsible for coordinating the program's College Prospect Camp and Day Camp. Brady also served as the team's travel and equipment coordinator, amongst day-to-day coaching and recruiting responsibilities.

A 2010 graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Brady has her bachelor's degree in sociology. While at UMass, she was a four-year starter for the women's basketball team and at the time of graduation held the record for most games played. She and her husband, Tim, have a daughter name Peyton and a son named Benton.
