Tiffany Coll joined the La Salle women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in 2025. Coll joins the Explorers after spending 11 seasons at American University, including the last two as head coach of the Eagles.

During her decade-long tenure in Washington, D.C., Coll helped guide American to one of the most successful eras in program history. As an assistant and associate head coach, she was instrumental in leading the Eagles to three Patriot League Championships, three regular-season titles, and five 22+ win campaigns. The program also earned three NCAA Tournament berths and two WNIT appearances during her time on staff.

Coll was elevated to head coach in 2022, becoming the 14th head coach in American women’s basketball history. In her two seasons at the helm, she coached multiple All-Patriot League and Academic All-District honorees.

Prior to her time at American, Coll served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Towson University and spent four seasons as an assistant coach at Lehigh University. Her earlier coaching stops include Navy and St. John’s, where she began her career as a graduate assistant.

A 2003 graduate of UMBC, Coll was a four-year letterwinner for the Retrievers and represented the program on the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Following her collegiate career, she played professionally overseas in Portugal, Germany, Holland, and Wales. Coll earned her master’s degree in sociology from St. John’s in 2007.
