Biography
2016: Appeared in 17 games (16 starts) in the midfield for the Explorers as a fifth-year senior…Took a career-high seven shots on the season, landing three on goal…Played significant minutes in all five of La Salle’s shutouts this season: Temple (8/28), Massachusetts (2 OT-9/29), George Mason (10/27), and double OT draws at Davidson (10/2) and Saint Louis (10/23).
2015: Redshirted
2014: Appeared in 12 games (nine starts) as a junior despite battling injuries…Started the first nine games of the season…Tallied one shot.
2013: Appeared in nine games as a sophomore, including five starts…Recorded a season-high four shots against St. Bonaventure (10/25)…Made three consecutive starts against Penn State, American and Marshall.
2012: Â Saw her first collegiate action against West Virginia (8/17). Â Also saw time against POR (9/2) and Cornell (9/16).
High School: Muhammad attended the National Team Camp in 2010 and was also a member of the Region 1 Team. Her club team, the Bethesda Freedom, advanced to the finals of the Discovery Cup in 2011. A second team all-state selection, while her high school team was ranked as high as 15th nationally.
