Lauren Ignacio powered La Salle lacrosse with three goals off the bench, including the game winner with 12 seconds remaining, to help the Explorers complete a dramatic nine-goal rally to top Temple 14-13 on Sunday in Atlantic 10 play.

For her efforts, Ignacio has been selected as this week's La Salle Student-Athlete of the Week.

Ignacio more than doubled her goal total for the season with the hat trick. She scored an unassisted goal with 22 seconds remaining in the first half to halt a Temple five-goal run. She added her second of the game with 15:42 remaining in the game, which was the second of what proved to be a nine-goal Explorer run.

She then capped off the rally with 12 seconds remaining in regulation, as she converted a free position attempt for the game-winning goal.

Ignacio and the rest of the Explorers return to action on Friday (4/19) when they head on the road to A-10 foe Duquesne. Opening draw is set for 4 p.m.
