Saint Louis, Mo. – The volleyball team fell in a tough three set match to Saint Louis, 3-0 (25-11, 25-18, 25-16), on Sunday afternoon at the Chaifetz Pavilion.

The Explorers managed 25 kills to the Billikens' 41 and hit .040 on the day.

 Senior Jacquelyn Mitrovich and junior Samantha Tulskie had six kills each.

Saint Louis was able to gain the early lead in each set and close it out, as the Explorers struggled string together a series of points.

La Salle will return to Philadelphia to face Charlotte and George Washington this weekend.
