PHILADELPHIA – The Explorers will end their 2011 campaign with three straight matches at Tom Gola Arena this week, beginning with their final non-conference match against Coppin State Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.
La Salle will wrap-up its Atlantic 10 schedule by hosting Dayton on Friday at 11:00 a.m. and Duquesne on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

The Explorers, coming off a 0-2 weekend, recently celebrated juniors
Breanna Mazalewski and
Samantha Tulskie registering their 1,000th career dig. Mazalewski did so on Friday at Rhode Island, while Tulskie did the same against Xavier on Sunday. It was the first time in La Salle program history that two players reached their 1,000th dig in the same season.
La Salle's first opponent, Coppin State of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, has lost its last four matches.
In the Eagles' most recent loss, junior Kristine Bindule registered 30 assists to break the school record for assists in a season.
Coppin State averages 10.1 kills per set, while allowing opponents to hit .222 against the squad.
The Explorers will face two top A-10 squads to close out the season.
Dayton, sitting in first place in the league, clinched at least a share of the A-10 regular season title by defeating Rhode Island its last time out.
The Flyers lead the league in four statistical categories, including a conference-best hitting percentage of.282, which is also good for seventh in the nation.
Hitting .411, Megan Campbell is fifth in Division I and first in the A-10 in that category, while Rachel Krabacher leads the league in kills per set with 4.47.
The Dukes, who have lost their last two matches in five sets, are fifth in the conference. Before they meet La Salle, they will play a non-conference match against Pittsburgh on Wednesday and the Temple on Friday.
The team boasts the league-leader in assists, Taylor Jones, who averages 10.55 per set. Patti Abshire is second in the A-10 in digs with 4.65 per set.
