PHILADELPHIA, PA - Stephanie Bearish has been named the GoExplorers.com Student Athlete of the Week for her regional qualifying performance in the 10k over the weekend at the Swarthmore Twilight Last Chance Meet.

Bearish's mark of 35:16.67 was the fastest time posted by an Explorer student-athlete in the 10k this season.  

The junior's time is currently in the top 50 among east regional qualifiers which is good enough to clinch a berth in next weekend's NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 10k.
