PHILADELPHIA, PA - Junior Jeff Flax was named GoExplorers.com Student Athlete of the Week for his oustanding performance at the Atlantic 10 Baseball Championships held last week at Campbell's Field in Camden, NJ. 

Flax started all three games for La Salle at second base and went 6-for-14 (.429) with a double, two runs, an RBI, a walk and a stolen base. 

The North Potomac, MD native was also selected to the all-tournament team, the only La Salle player to be selected.
