Explorers Look To Extend Streak At Fordham



PHILADELPHIA – La Salle women's soccer looks to extend its winning streak to 10 games as they hit the road on Friday to face Atlantic 10 foe Fordham at 7:30 p.m.  The game will be streamed, free of charge, through FordhamSports.com.
 
Scouting the Explorers
 
The Explorers lead the league with a 6-0 record and 18 points. La Salle in unbeaten in its last 15 regular season Atlantic 10 matches dating back to October 29, 2010 and is currently on a nine-match win streak. Sophomore Kelsey Hancock (8 goals, 20 points) and Renee Washington (5 goals, 5 assists) are among the conference leaders in scoring while sophomore Maryam Huseini is third in the conference in assists (6).

Scouting the Rams
 
Fordham's Kristina Maksuti is among the conference leaders in shots (16) and leads her squads in both goals (5) and points (12). Ally White and Rachel Suther are currently splitting time in goal for the Rams and have combined for 82 saves which is good enough for sixth in the league as a team.
