SAN FRANCISCO - La Salle volleyball fell 3-0 (25-15, 25-12, 25-14) on Friday afternoon to Cal State Northridge (5-2) in the Asics Coca Cola Chellenge opener hosted by the University of San Francisco.

Kelly Scanlon led the Explorers with 15 kills (.342) and was just one dig shy of a double-double.

Samantha Tulskie chipped in with 6 kills (.111) and 9 digs while Breanna Mazalewski added 8 digs of her own. Rachel Melich contributed with 13 assists while Michelle Healy added 11.

The Explorers are back in action tomorrow at 1:30PM against San Francisco and draw LIU Brooklyn at 8PM.
