PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle field hockey team scored the final two goals of the game, but it was too late in a 4-2 loss to Atlantic 10 newcomer Saint Francis on Friday afternoon at DeVincent Field.

Devin Muracco scored at 63:19, the second goal of her collegiate career, when she flicked in a rebound of her own saved shot.
Olivia Shoemaker added her team-leading tenth goal of the season as time expired on a penalty corner, taking the pass in from
Maddy Tettelbach and slipping the ball past the right side of SFU keeper Samantha Zeiders.
The Red Flash (7-6, 2-2 Atlantic 10) controlled the majority of the offense, outshooting the Explorers 22-16 including 13-5 in the first half.
Autumn Pellman scored twice for the visitors, including the game-winning penalty stroke at the 13-minute mark. Carissa Makea scored just over two minutes later to give SFU an early 2-0 lead. Pellman added one more just before the break to take a 3-0 halftime lead. Jocelyn Scillia added the Red Flash's fourth goal at the 61-minute mark.
Zeiders earned the win in goal for SFU, stopping 10 shots.
Lisa Shaffer made 11 saves in the effort for the Explorers.
The Explorers remain at home on Sunday for their home finale at noon against Saint Louis. The annual Senior Day ceremony will take place approximately 15 minutes before game time.
