Scouting the Flyers
Senior middle blocker Meghan Campbell leads Dayton's offensive attack. She has notched 224 kills on the season, while her impressive .315 hitting percentage is sixth best mark in the Atlantic 10 this season. The outside presences of redshirt senior Shayne Brown and sophomore Jill Loiars supplement the offense. Brown has collected 190 kills in 2013, while Loiars has enjoyed a breakout season for the Flyers contributing 189 kills.

Sophomore setter Jenna Jendryk controls the flow of the Dayton attack. She has collected 784 assists on the season, while being instrumental in creating Dayton's balanced attack. Five Flyers have amassed 120+ kills on the season, while Jendryk has assisted on 85% of the team's kills.

The strength of this Dayton squad is their defensive intensity. Three players find their names in the A-10 top ten rankings for blocks/set average. Campbell leads the conference with a 1.40 blocks/set average, posting 116 total on the season. Junior middle blocker Isolde Hannan has been an equally imposing presence at the net front, posting 92 total blocks and a 1.30 blocks/set average, which is the fourth best mark in the conference. Redshirt sophomore Angel Agu has posted 65 total blocks, while her 1.16 blocks/set average is ninth in the A-10 rankings.

On the backline, sophomore libero Janna Krafka has done excellent job cleaning up what the imposing Flyer frontline cannot block. She is third in the conference with 370 digs on the season, while her 4.30 digs/set average is the second highest mark in the A-10.
