PHILADELPHIA – La Salle's Joey Ravert has earned Big 5 Player of the Week after his performance against Saint Joseph's this weekend, it was announced on Tuesday.
 
Ravert finished the week hitting .421 (8-for-17) with three doubles, two homers and seven RBI's. The Havertown, Pa. native went 3-for-5 with two doubles and a homer in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Hawks.
 
The junior had multiple hits and multiple RBI's in all three of the games with the crosstown rival.
 
The Explorers host George Mason this weekend for a pivotal league series against the Patriots.
