PHILADELPHIA – After an impressive win on Sunday against Ball State, La Salle field hockey is back on the road for another three game trip when they face Rider this Sunday at noon.

Devin Muracco scored a goal in in the 23rd minute to give La Salle the lead against Ball State which ended up being the game winning goal.

Scouting the Broncs:- Rider has gotten off to a great start as they remain undefeated (4-0) after beating Vermont 6-1 this past Sunday.
- Allison Baligian was named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Week and forward Angie Price earned MAAC Rookie of the Week honors.
- The duo of Price and Baligian have combined to score 9 goals for Rider.
- Rider has looked impressive so far this year outscoring their opponents 15 to 4.
- Rider looks to stay energized as they have to play two games in a three day period. (Hofstra Friday, La Salle Sunday)
Next Up:La Salle opens Atlantic 10 play on Friday at Davidson and remains in North Carolina to play Appalachian State on Sunday.
