PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle women's basketball team continues Atlantic 10 conference action when they host the Davidson Wildcats on Wednesday night in Tom Gola Arena. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.

All-Time Series The Explorers are 2-0 all-time against Davidson, who joined the Atlantic 10 last season. Both wins over the Wildcats came in 2015, including a 74-63 victory in the opening round of the A-10 tournament.
Scouting the Explorers-La Salle is looking to bounce back from a loss to Richmond in the A-10 opener on Saturday after beating Norfolk State and Monmouth en route to the Hawk Holiday Classic title last week.

Amy Griffin is leading the Atlantic 10 in scoring with 17.7 points per game. The Atlanta, Ga. native was named Philadelphia Big 5 Player of the Week on Monday after averaging 23.7 points and 8.7 rebounds in three games last week.

Micahya Owens, who scored her 1,000th career point in the Hawk Holiday Classic Championship game against Monmouth (12/30), is 18th in the A-10 in scoring with 12.8 points per game.

Jasmine Alston among the league leaders with 2.1 steals per game (3rd), 5.2 assists per game (4th), and an assist-to-turnover ratio of 1.4 (7th).

Adreana Miller has scored in double figures in her last two games, going for 15 against Monmouth and 12 against Richmond on Saturday. The freshman is averaging 9.8 points per game.

Ashanti Freeland is eighth in the league in blocks (1.5 bpg) while the Explorers are fourth with 4.8 bpg.
Scouting the Wildcats-Davidson returns nine letterwinners and all five of its starters from last season, and are coming off a 51-40 loss at Fordham to open A-10 play.
-The Wildcats feature three players that score in double figures, paced by 15.0 points per game from Mackenzie Latt. The forward has scored in double figure in eight of her last nine games, including a season-high 25 points against Charlotte (12/20).
-Dakota Dukes isn't far behind Latt with 14.5 points per game to go with 7.2 rebounds per game while Hannah Early averages a 10.5 points and team-high 7.4 rebounds per game.
-Davidson finished nonconference play with six wins, the most since they went 6-5 in nonconference play in 2007-08.
