Men's Water Polo | October 15, 2016
WASHINGTON, Pa. - The La Salle Men's Water Polo team fell in two MAWPC Conference games earlier today. They first lost to Gannon, 18-8, and then a close defeat by Connecticut College, 14-10.
In the first game,
Jeff Brady led with three goals while
Joey DeFusco added two.
Alex Pitcher,
Joel Gibson, and
Keegan Reilly each chipped in one score.
Johann Orazco joined Brady in leading the offense in Game Two with three goals apiece. DeFusco had another two-goal performance while
Tom Del Conte and
Jacob Klingsberg each tallied a goal. Klingsberg, who also played in net, made a season-high 10 saves.
Head Coach
Paul Macht and his team wrap up MAWPC play on Sunday, facing Penn State Behrend at 1:00 PM. The team then returns home for two games hosted at Kirk Pool on Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
