DAVIDSON, N.C. – The La Salle women's soccer team recorded its second straight shutout on Sunday afternoon during a scoreless draw against Davidson at Alumni Stadium.

Larisa Zambelli made four saves to keep the Wildcats out of the net for 110 minutes, facing eight shots on the afternoon. Davidson narrowly controlled corner kicks, 6-5.

La Salle had 13 shots in the game, putting seven on goal against Wildcat keeper Alex Carpenter. Deja Davis led the charge with five total shots, including three on target.

The Explorers return home for back-to-back games at McCarthy Stadium this week, against George Washington on Thursday and Saint Joseph's on Sunday.
