Lawrenceville, N.J./Princeton, N.J.-The La Salle women's track and field team split up and participated in a pair of meets as they competed at the Sam Howell Invitational and the Rider Invite.

Three women ran at Princeton in the Sam Howell in a pair of events.
Â
Senior
Kate Conville won her heat and crossed in 14
th place overall in the 800 meter run. Conville ran a 2:17.37 to top her seven women heat by .9 seconds. Senior
Shannon Dwyer crossed in 30
th place overall with a time of 2:23.70.

Senior
Rebecca Scardelletti crossed in fourth place in her section and 22
nd place overall out of 49 women in the 1500m run. Scardelletti ran a 4:40.91 in the event.

Meanwhile on Sunday at Rider a larger portion of the team competed.

Sophomore
Sara Dever was the top Division 1 finisher in the 800m with a time of 2:20.67 and finished in fourth place overall to earn five team points. She was joined in the race by senior
Alex Guntle who crossed in 27
th place with a time of 2:53.15.

Freshman
Kaleah Miller was the top Division 1 finisher in the long jump thanks to a distance of 5.50m on the afternoon. She earned six points towards the team score. Junior
Amber Jackson finished in eighth to earn one team point with a 4.92m distance. Jackson finished in fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 10.63m to earn six more points towards the team score.

Sophomore
Amber Jenkins crossed in seventh place of 30 in the 100m. She ran a 12.88 second time, just .33 behind the winner for a pair of team points. Junior
Mone't Gist crossed in 11
th place with a time of 12.99 seconds.

Jenkins also was the top La Salle finisher in the 200m with a time of 26.59 seconds. She topped her heat by .25 seconds. Gist crossed in 17
th place with a time of 27.14 seconds.

Kaylie McNally crossed in 11
th place in the 1500m thanks to a time of 5:01.60. Junior
Madison Elliott (5:16.68, 24
th) and sophomore
Alexandria Moraschi (5:27.54, 31
st) also ran in the 43 women field.

 The 4x100m relay team of Mitchell, Gist, Miller, and Jenkins crossed with a time of 50.05 seconds to top the field by 1.24 seconds. They earned ten points towards the team score in the process.

The women finished in ninth place overall with 30 team points at the Invitational.
